Areas of Focus
My doctoral research project focused on the enhancement of one’s emotional intelligence to build resiliency. I have been extensively trained in psychodynamic therapy and several evidence-based therapeutic approaches and protocols. My use of these techniques is eclectic: I pull from specific therapeutic approaches and modalities to discern what makes sense for you and how you would like to work.
As a female executive, I have particular interest in supporting individuals through the complications of managing career goals, parenting, and relationship transitions, and finding the balance of personal responsibilities. Additional areas of interest and expertise are focused on working with relationships, navigating life transitions, trauma (complex, single incident or the trauma of everyday life), mood disorders (anxiety and depression), finding meaning after loss, performance enhancement (executives and creatives), and the integration of mind and body.
I also conduct trainings and consultation for mental health professionals throughout
